Kim Arsenault BEd. MA. PCC
President, Meridian Learning & Development Ltd. and Meridian Coaching
Kim models and teaches leaders how to design and facilitate processes to get the best results from individuals and groups. Kim provides expert facilitation, especially as a teacher and troubleshooter of these skills. Kim combines academic achievement with practical experience as a teacher, facilitator and manager in both public and private organizations. Kim is an experienced consultant and trainer who continuously receives excellent reviews from clients. She is known for her fun, dynamic and interactive training style, and brings a sophisticated but down-to-earth approach to her program delivery.
As an educator and manager with more than 20 years experience in training delivery, she possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge. Kim has delivered hundreds of training sessions in a variety of topic areas including leadership, effective communication, team building, conflict management, time and life management, supervisory skills, instructional design, and train-the-trainer.
