I went into Kim and Wendy’s Leadership Development course with extreme skepticism. “Really?” I thought. “I’m really going to spend eight days of my life sitting in a classroom, talking about my feelings, doing group exercises and the whole bit instead of doing my real work? This is really going to be worth moving heaven and earth to make sure my work gets done while I’m sitting here? Really?”

Well, really. This course is real work, and it worked. It not only changed my mind; it changed me. It guided me to examine my values and priorities. It made me a more sensitive, sensible leader. It gave me the tools to identify what was truly important and the resolve to apply my energy accordingly. The project offered an excellent opportunity to use what we had learned. There is no doubt in my mind that a course from Meridian is well worth your time and your employees’ time.
